  1. Do you know when this was recorded and where the label was located?

Is this the Rancho label that was operated by Smiley Burnette?

Estel Lee whose real name was Estel Lee Scarborough operated vaudeville type traveling shows which featured hillbilly music, magic, dancing and other entertainment during the 1940s. His wife Rosa Lee was also a performer on the shows. His bands were variously called Arizona Wildcats, Hollywood Cowboys, and the Arizona Trio. He had grown up in Hamilton, Ohio so when he disbanded his troupe, he returned to Southwestern Ohio and went to work for Jimmie Skinner both at the Jimmie Skinner Music Center in Cincinnati and as an entertainer on Jimmie's shows. In 1952 he started the Excellent record label in the Cincinnati area and in the late 50s he founded the Arvis label. Both of these labels were active in issuing country, bluegrass, and gospel records.
