And now BLUE RIBBON gets even more confusing, for reasons probably only know to Chaw Mank, BLUE RIBBON metamorphosed into the TEXAS label? Of course being BLUE RIBBON, it was not a simple shift from one label name to another, the Dale Berry release on TEXAS (No#) appears to be the first of these, Berry’s second release slotted into the main 1900 series. The label reverted to BLUE RIBBON a short while later.
