Hear "Somewhere Along The Trail"
Somewhere Along The Trail is one of those songs that just scratches my itch for good western music J Texeire dose a great job both singing and composing this song. Very nice

As Floyd, above, says, "Somewhere along the trail" by Ray Wade is very much my type of western music, this one has a fairly long introduction before Ray (?) begins his vocals. Ray Wade turned up on a Krazy Kat compilation (KK DD 15), so the name is familiar to me to some degree.A pity so few of these rare names and small label releases turn up on CD here in the UK (and probably not in the USA either)
ReplyDeleteThe above record shows a reference to Ozzie Johnson (my father) and trio. I anyone has information on him I would appreciate an email at km4mm@copper.net
