  1. "The man with a woman's voice"?

That's one of the oddest billings I've ever seen ...

  2. 8000 had a 45rpm issue as did 8005 rumoured to be 1955 not sure about the others

  3. I can scarcely imagine a setting today where someone would want that "woman's voice" billing today. Of course I don't figure on folks in 1950-whatever having an inkling that Lady Gaga would go over, either.

  5. More information of Denver Duke & Jeffery Null (the Hardin County Boys) at
    http://www.jukkajoutsi.com/eaglefeather.html.

Denver Duke recorded later as a solo act with a name 'Johnny Eagle Feather' - mainly country gospel.

Balkan has just released its first country and western record. Release pairs “When We Meet Up Yonder” and “Lonesome For Mother” and features Denver Duke and His Ozark Pioneers.

  7. Check out Corb Lund "Gonna Shine Up My Boots" on YouTube.

Totally different lyrics but the music is almost identical to "You Let Me Down".

    Coincidence?
